At Lenoraq, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns require prior authorization from our support team. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item is defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
If your product develops a manufacturing defect during normal use within 30 days of delivery, please contact us. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photos or videos showing the problem.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
